Le Conseil national confirme la d\u00e9cision du Conseil des \u00c9tats, estimant que les dispositions d\u2019une CCT d\u00e9clar\u00e9e de force obligatoire concernant le salaire minimum, le 13e mois et les vacances doivent primer sur celles du droit cantonal en cas de divergence. Il a donc adopt\u00e9 une motion en ce sens. Une large alliance regroupant 27 associations \u00e9conomiques et sectorielles salue cette d\u00e9cision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
